Q: How can i select multiple items in the list and remove/delete them ?
A: Hold down the Ctrl key on your keyboard and select each item with your left mouse button, and then take the appropriate action (remove selected, delete selected etc..).

Q: I have another auto-startup program organizer and it is showing other disabled items, that ace is not showing. Why?
A: Each software has its-own way of disabling auto startup programs. Most of them move the shortcuts to another location of their choice. So one program cannot know where the other one is keeping their files, and hence can't show them.

A: Regedit is the tool used to edit the Windows Registry. Learn more about Windows Registry before using RegEdit.

Q: What do the icons mean in the invalid registry entry list?
A: These icons don't mean anything special. They just indicate the location of the invalid entry. For example, the 'man' icon indicates the invalid entry is located in the HKEY_CURRENT_USER hive of the registry.

Q: How can i enable 'expert' mode?
A: From the 'Menu' of the main screen, click 'configuration wizard'. Click 'Next' until you see the 'turn on expert mode' option.

Q: My registration code is not being accepted. What am I doing wrong ?
A: Please make sure you type-in your name exactly as given along with the code.

Q: Why is the option 'Scan CLSID & Typelib' in Registry Cleaner enabled only in the expert mode ?
A: The clsid/typelib/interface option finds invalid enrties in some *very* important part of the registry.
Is some rare cases, this can cause some apps to stop functioning and may have to be reinstalled. This is recommended only for experts, who know how to restore the whole registry from a backup.
